The kitchen leans firmly into its Bavarian roots, producing everything in-house: sourdough rye bread, sausages, schnitzel, Maultaschen, and strudel, with local ingredients woven throughout. The multi-course Bavarian Feast is the signature draw for those with time to settle in, while the classic schnitzel remains a reliable standalone order.
