Club de Golf Revermont sits less than two kilometres from the centre of Amqui, in Quebec's Matapédia Valley. Designed by Marcel Notz and opened in 1968, the course is one of the longer-established layouts in the region, playing to a par of 72 over 6,402 yards of parkland terrain.

The Matapédia River — a celebrated salmon river — bisects the property, and the two nines it creates differ noticeably in character. One nine rolls through flatter ground while the other works across more varied relief, giving the round a natural rhythm and change of pace. Lakes, sand bunkers, and stands of mature trees add strategic interest throughout, demanding accurate ball-striking rather than just length.

At 6,402 yards from the tips, Revermont is a manageable test for mid-handicappers while offering enough variety in terrain and hazards to hold the attention of stronger players. The riverside setting gives the round a distinctly scenic quality that separates it from more typical parkland tracks.
