Club de Golf Val-Neigette

Club de Golf Val-Neigette is an 18-hole, par-72 parkland course situated 8 km south of Rimouski, Quebec, in the Lower St. Lawrence region. Designed by John Watson and opened in 1982, the layout stretches to 6,009 yards from the tips and occupies a valley at the foot of a mountain, giving it a naturally sheltered, scenic character distinct from many flatland parkland tracks.

The setting shapes the golf considerably. Wooded areas frame much of the property, a river winds through the course, and the narrow fairways demand accuracy off the tee rather than rewarding pure power. Well-maintained greens complete a layout that rewards ball-strikers who can work the ball both ways in tight corridors.
