Club de golf Lachute

Club de golf Lachute is a 36-hole semi-private facility located in Lachute, Quebec, approximately 82 kilometres northwest of Montréal. Founded in 1923, it ranks among the older golf establishments in the province and offers two 18-hole championship courses: the Thompson Course, designed by Stanley Thompson, and the Howard Watson Course.

The Thompson Course stretches to 7,000 yards at a par 72 and plays as a parkland layout. Tree-lined fairways and natural water hazards define the character of the property, demanding accuracy off the tee while rewarding strategic positioning into greens. Stanley Thompson, whose work appears at some of Canada's most enduring layouts, brought his routing sensibility to Lachute in the club's early years. The Howard Watson Course adds a second full 18 to the facility, giving members and visitors meaningful variety across a single visit.
