Golf Val-des-Sources

Golf Val-des-Sources sits in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, in the town of Val-des-Sources — formerly known as Asbestos. Designed by Howard Watson and opened in 1967, it is an 18-hole parkland layout stretching 6,871 yards from the back tees to a par of 72.

The course blends open and wooded sections across naturally rolling terrain, with elevation changes that add both visual interest and strategic variety. At nearly 6,900 yards, it presents a genuine test from the tips, though the combination of open and tree-lined holes gives players of different abilities different problems to solve. The course hosted the Quebec Provincial Amateur Championship in 2015, a mark of its standing in the provincial golf community.
