St. Ignace Golf Club

St. Ignace Golf Club is a public 18-hole parkland course situated in Saint-Louis de Kent, New Brunswick. Designed by Geoffrey Cornish and opened in 1975, it represents one of the prolific American architect's many contributions to Maritime golf.

The course stretches 6,541 yards from the back tees to a par of 72, routing through rolling, heavily forested terrain that defines both its character and its challenges. Tree-lined fairways demand accuracy off the tee, and the elevation changes across the layout add variety to shot-making throughout the round. The 11th hole stands out as a long par 3 that requires a carry over a stream to an elevated green enclosed by trees — a hole that combines distance, precision, and natural hazard in equal measure.
