North of the capital, Golf Mont Cascades brings a hillier, more contoured parkland feel to Cantley, playing to a par 70 over 6,200 yards — shorter in total distance but shaped by the rolling terrain of the Gatineau Hills. Further north still, Algonquin Club de Golf in Messines rounds out the trail at 6,409 yards and par 72, sitting well outside the suburban orbit and drawing golfers who prefer a quieter, more rural setting. Golfers based in Gatineau or Ottawa can reach Tecumseh quickly, while Mont Cascades and Algonquin reward those willing to add 30 to 60 minutes for a change of scenery.
