Leduc Golf Club

Leduc Golf Club is a semi-private, 18-hole parkland course situated in Leduc, Alberta, about 30 kilometres south of Edmonton. Originally opened in 1961, the club has been a fixture of south-central Alberta golf for more than six decades. A new clubhouse completed in 2021 provides modern facilities to complement the mature layout.

The course stretches 6,686 yards to a par of 71 across mostly flat terrain, making it an accessible walk for those who prefer to carry or pull a cart. The front nine is defined by tree-lined fairways that demand accuracy off the tee, while the back nine introduces more water hazards and calls for thoughtful course management. Bent grass greens throughout the layout feature subtle breaks and slopes, rewarding players who take the time to read the contours carefully.

The relatively flat, walkable layout suits a wide range of golfers — from beginners building their game to experienced players looking for a reliable, well-maintained track in the Edmonton metro area. The combination of tree corridors on the front and water challenges on the back gives the round a natural two-chapter structure that keeps the experience varied from start to finish.
