Crystal Ridge Golf Club

Crystal Ridge Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-70 parkland course stretching 6,250 yards in Okotoks, Alberta, a short drive south of Calgary. Opened in 2004, the course was developed on land that was once a tree farm, and that heritage shows in the mature trees that frame fairways throughout the layout. Situated high above the Sheep River Valley, the course offers panoramic views of the Canadian Rockies as a backdrop to the round.

Water is a recurring presence at Crystal Ridge. Lakes and meandering streams come into play on multiple holes, and the course's design keeps golfers honest from tee to green. The fourth hole is a sharp dogleg right with water running along the left side, while the fifth raises the stakes further with water lining both sides of the hole — two consecutive tests that form a memorable stretch in the middle of the front nine.
